Overview
The global online and mobile applet market is growing at a fast pace, pioneered by platform technologiessuch as Microsoft Windows Phone 8. In order to help Malaysian citizens participate in this global phenomenon as a producer instead of just a consumer, the Government of Malaysia, via the Integrated Content Development Taskforce (ICON), is embarking on aonline and mobile applet development capability seeding programme, ICONapps, which will be managed by the Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC).
Objectives
ICONapps aims to provide suitably qualified Malaysians the skills as well as the development platforms in order to enable them to participate in this growing market. The programme is refund on milestones achieved based and includes training as well as assistance in purchasing a development platform.
Targeted Beneficiaries
Malaysian citizens with minimal knowledge in programming, depending on the target platforms.
Terms and Conditions
- Approval is based on the sole decision of the Approval Committee and the decision is final. All information is private and confidential and reasons for rejection and non-approval will not be released to third parties.
- MDeC reserves the right to amend any components of the ICONapps programme without notice.

Till last week my Galaxy Ace performance was good and I was so happy for buying it. Nowadays I am getting notification "INternal storage is full" and "message memory full". Even there is 6GB of free space in SD card. I deleted few apps which I am not using at all. Ofcourse the internal storage full message is disappeared."Internal Storage is full" Solution:
This message comes when you install many apps phones internal memory. When you download apps from market by default all the apps will be installed in internal memory of the phone. So we need a tool to move these apps to SD card. I trie dwith Apps2SD tool, but its not moving all the apps to SD card. Atlast I found an useful tool i.e.Gemini App Manager
Download the Gemini App Manager from android market and try, you can move all the apps including Facebook to SD card. This is powerful tool to move apps from phones memory to SD card..
"Message memory full" Solution:
This problem is due to Google apps updates. Google Maps occupies more 10MB of space in phones internal memory. Not only Google Maps, there may be some more apps too can occupy 10MB. In my case it was Google Maps. Just I uninstall Google Maps updates, then my phone got rid off this problem. You need to uninstall apps that occupy more than 10MB.
Definitely the abobe tips help you to resolve memory isues in your android phone.

‘Sideload’ – installing an app from outside of Google Play, through the APK file or any other repository.
Step 1: Make sure your Android phone has been set to allow sideload installation for APK file from outside market (Google Play) .
TO do this–
- For Gingerbread (Android 2.3), go to Settings –>Applications and check Unknown Sources (Figure 1).
- For ICS (Android 4) or above, go to Settings –>Security and in the Device Administration section, check Unknown Sources (Figure 2).
Step 2: Do this in your phone. Download the m-Mathurat APK file from the following link (saiz 11MB);

Look inside the notification centre, theres the status of the APK file being downloaded. Tap on the APK file after successfully downloaded and follow through the installation instruction.

The update would normally take 5-10 minutes to apply, unless you encounter a spinning cog bug, in which case you may have to wait up to a couple of hours while fearing you may have bricked your device. Unfortunately for my 8X, the dreaded spinning cogs bug hit and it took two hours of sweating nervously before the installation was successful. So have patience.
Once the update applies the OS version should read 8.0.10327.77 and firmware version 3030.0.33501.401.
The real proper update to Windows Phone aka GDR3 aka Blue, is what we are all looking forward to. Look out for that in Q4 of this year.
