Add or remove window

It is the window where you can see all the details of any softwares installed on your system,if you unistall any softwares from here ,only proper unistall will remove all registry keys associated with it and its its name from the add or remove window.Incase any errors occurs during your uninstall process ,its name and its subkeys in the registry will stay as it is and can no longer be able to reomove from add or remove window.but you can delete it using your registry ,here goes the steps

Run the Registry Editor (REGEDIT)

Open

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows CurrentVersion Uninstall

and remove any unwanted subkeys under "Uninstall."

This will remove any previously failed unistall operations

Recycle Bin is the area for temporary storage of deleted files.It is also for a security purpose for restoring accidently deleted files.Normally it appears on the desktop for quick access.But i have seen many people who dont want to put these type of icons in the desktop.If you are one of them,here is the trick to remove it from desktop

First Go to START > RUN ( or window + r )

Type GPEDIT.MSC

Navigate to

USER CONFIGURATION >ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES >Click on DESKTOP

On the right hand pane find ” Remove Recycle Bin icon on the desktop ” , double left click on it to ENABLE it.you are done

There is another trick to do this by editing your registry

How to remove a background in Photoshop

Removing the background from a photograph can be a really tricky task, particularly if the subject you want to cut out has lots of hair, or if the background is exceedingly complex. Here, we take you through the process of removing a background from an image to help you overcome that challenge.
First, youll need to open the image you wish to remove the background from in Adobe Photoshop. Here, Im using a photograph I took of a giraffe at Colchester Zoo to demonstrate, and Im using Adobe CC. This technique will work in Photoshop CS5 and above, though some elements may look slightly different.
Once youve chosen the image you want to remove the background from and opened it in Photoshop, use the slideshow controls above and right to follow the remaining steps in the tutorial.

Step: 1

Now, youll need to make a selection. To make a selection there are various tools you can use, but for beginners, the easiest tools to use are the Quick Selection Tool and the Magic Wand Tool. Theres also the Lasso tool, which can be more accurate but also take longer to use.
For this example, were using the Quick Selection tool, which can be found in the tools panel.
Make sure youre using the Quick Selection tool with the + in the centre, by pressing the shift key.
Select the background that youd like to remove by clicking and dragging around the area. If you accidentally select something you didnt want to, you can press and hold the alt key on your keyboard to use the - Quick Selection tool and remove it from the selection. Remember to press shift again before continuing to select more of the background, though.
You dont need to be too accurate with things like hair and fur, because you can refine the edge later (well come onto that in a minute).

When youre happy with your selection, right click and then click Select inverse.

Step: 2

Now, click the Add Layer Mask button at the bottom of the layers panel (its a rectangle with a black circle in the centre), and youll see instantly that the background is gone.
It might not look great yet, though, but dont worry, you can use the Refine Mask tools to improve it.

Step: 3

Double click on the mask in your layers panel (its the black and white image next to the preview of your photograph) and then click Mask Edge in the box that pops up. Youll now see the Refine Mask menu (right).

Step: 4

From here, you can make adjustments to the mask to improve its appearance.
First, click Show Radius.
Youll see nothing to begin with, but by adjusting the radius slider, you can make sure that the radius is picking up all of the stray hairs and getting rid of the background between them.
If you move your cursor over the photograph, youll see a circle with a plus in the centre. You can use this to click and drag over problem areas to help pick up those awkward and tricky areas.

Step: 5

Uncheck show radius to go back to the Refine Mask preview.
Now, use the sliders to adjust the mask until youre happy with the look youve achieved.
To help, you can change the view mode by clicking the small arrow next to the thumbnail image and choosing from the drop down menu.

Step: 6

If you now want to add your photograph to a new background, you can do so by opening up the background image in Photoshop and simply dragging the image you just cut out onto the background image.
You can adjust the size of your image (in the case the Giraffe) by pressing Command T, then holding shift while you drag the Transform boxs handles.

How to remove default admin shares on your system

By default Windows 2000, Windows XP and WinNT automatically setup hidden admin shares (admin$, c$ and d$), this registry key will disable these hidden shares.

System Key:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE System CurrentControlSet Services LanmanServer Parameters]

Value Name: AutoShareWks

Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)

Value Data: (0 = disable shares, 1 = enable)

This registry key actually stops the recreation of the shares, therefore it may be necessary to delete the shares through the drive properties also or you can also remove the shares through the Computer Management Console.

1. In Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management.

2. Click to expand Shared Folders, and then click Shares.

3. In the Shared Folder column, right-click the share you want to delete, click Stop sharing, and then click OK.

Note : To remove the admin share for only the current session use the second method (Computer Management console), if you want a permanent removal, add the AutoShareWks registry.

Solution 1:

For Symbian Mobiles:

1. Download and Install FExplorer

2. Insert your card into your phone, without accessing it through the phone 3. Run FExplorer and Open the path C:system

4. Find the file called mmcstore, and rename it mmcstore.txt

5. Copy that file (mmcstore.txt) to your PC and open it in Notepad

6. Your password will be located within that file.

Solution 2:

For Symbian Mobiles:

1. Download and Instal X-Plore

2. Now open the X-Plore and press Zero(0) then check you have marked the

"Show the System Files".

3. After you done the above step now go to the file:

C:/Sys/Data/Mmcstore

4. If you found the above path then press the option "3" to set the Hex-Viewer.

5. Now look the third column you can see the code like ! TMSD02G (c ??”? x???3?3?3?3?3)

Now see the characters between ? because it is your password 33333.

6. You maynt able to access the path file:

C:/Sys/Data/Mmcstore

if you dont set the password for the memory card.

Solution 3:

For Micro SD:

Put the card in any E series mobile or N95 etc and format it.

It will not ask for a password.

Solution 4:

1. Go to file manager on your mobile

2. In Settings choose system folders,

3. In the System folder, find a file called mmcstore

4. Send the file to your PC using IR/Bluetooth

5. Open the file in Notepad

6. The password you need for your memory card is located within that file

This tutorial will help you learn how to remove unwanted items from a photo using the Clone Stamp Tool.

For this Photo am going to remove the Island

After opening your Image in Photoshop,Select the Clone Stamp Tool, pick a good sized brush depending on the
object you want to remove and set the opacity to about 95%.

Hold alt and click somewhere to take a good sample. (Wherever you take a sample, that’s what your going to be drawing in place of the removed object).

Release alt and carefully click and drag the mouse over the item you wish to remove. (You will notice that the spot where you took the sample will follow your movements).

Continue to repeat steps 2 and 3 until the unwanted object is completely gone. You might have to change techniques a little based on available places to take a good sample. With practice this tool is very valuable.

How to remove app in the list of your My Apps in Google Play Store

All the applications youve downloaded and installed in your android phone that came from Google Play Store will be saved in your My Apps. Even though the app is already deleted or uninstalled on your phone, this app will still appear on that area.

For some instance, you dont want that app to be displayed on the list of your My Apps.
All you have to do is to delete it from the list. You cant do this task if youre going to delete it using a browser from a PC or laptop. You need to open your My Apps using your android phone.

Tap/touch the menu icon (upper left corner)

tap/touch ALL

Note: You need to uninstall first the app so you can delete it from the list. How to Uninstall an App?

You can see on the image that the first two apps have an X button at their upper right while the third one (which is the Flappy Bird) doesnt have. It only means that the first two are already uninstalled on the phone while the flappy bird is isnt.

To Delete -> tap/touch the X button
